The stress and anxiety you're going through right now can be tackled with effective self care techniques. You can practice journaling, in order to ensure that you express what you feel in some way or the other. This can be writing down your thoughts, or even through doodling and other forms that you're comfortable with. You can also apply other self care techniques like meditation and mindfulness to ensure that you remain more calm and relaxed. Alternatively, if you think you're getting too overwhelmed, you can try some breathing techniques. You can breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds and breathe out for 8 seconds. You can also practice the Box Breathing Technique. When you feel too anxious and stressed, you can also use the 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique.
