Mindfulness based CBT can be helpful- something a few therapy sessions can help you teach. An especially good tool for such circumstances is journalling. You can write down the things that need to be done so they're out of your mind and on paper instead, that'll help you be more organised as well as help you with prioritising, which in turn should lessen your stress levels and anxiety related symptoms.
Next Steps
If the problem persists, seek help from a qualified therapist.
Health Tips
Remember therapy isn't magic. It requires hard work, but if done well, it pays off. Practice makes permanent.

Hey, so sorry to hear that. I can understand how overthinking can be exhausting. There could be many reasons why this happens. One can also be due to your need to be best at work, to stand out, to prove your worth, these might be few of many reasons. However we need to analyze first to come to any conclusion and work on a therapy that suits you best.
Next Steps
I suggest taking therapy from a counselling psychologist, as it will help you overcome your current situation.
Health Tips
1. Try to relax yourself by doing breathing exercise, simply concentrate on your breaths while closing your eyes try to sit down in a calm place. Inhale exhale 10-15 times just noticing how you breathe in and out. Do this as often as you can and especially before sleep. It will calm you immensely. 2. Please take care of your food and water intake too, only when our body is nourished our inner healing also automatically takes place. Wish you good health!

Hello, It is understandable that you are feeling overwhelmed by your work pressure. Somehow you have made your work a central point and all your thoughts are revolving around it. No one area, be it, work, relations, friends, material possessions define your entire being. Look at life as a whole where these are parts. Distribute your energies so that no one aspect can consume you so much. This disbalance can be addressed by planning your time after work hours. Engage in enjoyable, lucrative, productive activities that relax you. Writing down your thoughts can also be helpful. Meditate, indulge in self care, express through music, dance, paint or any other art form you like. Counseling sessions shall be beneficial for you to understand the cause and create a successful work life balance. I wish you success! You can consult for further professional guidance. Happy Healthy Living!

To overcome this, it's essential to identify the triggers that lead to overthinking. Are there specific tasks or situations that consistently occupy your mind? Once you pinpoint these triggers, you can work on developing coping strategies. Setting clear boundaries between work and personal time is crucial. Create a designated period to wind down after work, engaging in activities that help you relax and disconnect from work-related thoughts. Mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing or meditation, can be powerful tools to bring your focus back to the present moment. Additionally, consider discussing your concerns with a trusted colleague or supervisor. Sometimes, sharing your thoughts can provide a fresh perspective and alleviate some of the burden. If overthinking persists and significantly impacts your well-being, seeking support from a mental health professional can offer tailored strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
