Sprout in daily diet good or bad

Can I eat sprout as boiled sprouts or sprouts dosa on daily basis... Is there any negative effects on eating sprouts daily?

Yes it's a good source of protein u can include it on daily basis... But if anyone has high uric acid problem one should avoid taking it on daily basis.

Hi The sprouts are really healthy, sprouting helps increasing the protein content and  Vitamin $ minerals present in particular lentil or legumes. But I would recommend you to take a variety of foods in your diet and not one kind of foods daily in the main meals....but ya you can mix  sprouts in other foods to increase nutrition of particular meal... I am recommending this as no one food can provide you nutrients required by the body....you need to have variety of foods in your diet to provide ample amount of nutrients required by the body. No sprouts are good in b complex as well as a good source of protein to for Vegetarian. It also add for fiber too. Yes you can take it daily. Add good water intake and mobility to avoid bloating with the same.
