Diet plan...
I asked a similar question before but forgot to add that can if take just soup in night can i add salt in that soup? I am planning to start with this diet Morning : milk(low fat) after that sprouts Lunch : 1 roti sabzi and rice(1cup) and dal After 4-6 hours : 1 fruit Dinner : no rice.. just 1 roti and daal Is this fine? Or should i change anything?

Hi, Is there a particular reason that you would be starting on this particular diet? It seems to be lacking in a lot of vitamins and minerals and it could lead to deficiency diseases.
