Good morning sir, all food item is good if taken in balanced amount but if continuously taking same may give one nutrients in more and another in less quantity. All depends when and with other food groups you are taking. Like I suggest nuts without soaking in winters or 2 cashews 4 almonds soaked with anjir if constipated. Fresh or in soup form vegetables are good if ur haemoglobin is low then only take these 2 in combination

Good morning Yes having soaked nuts is beneficial you may continue with that . Second instead of having juice its better to have in whole form as it contains fiber which will also go in your diet . As in juice form fiber will be flushed out.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to go for personalized diet plan according to your body type and consult personally through practo app

Hi, you can soak anjeer and cashew and almonds together. Carrot and beetroot juice or in salads and also cooked form is good for health, but do not overeat these through the year. winter is the good season to have them.
