Dear Practo user. Thanks for sending across your query. Yes, your symptoms can be part of post-dengue recovery. Fatigue, low appetite, mild headaches, and residual cough are common and may persist for a few weeks after recovery. Since your CBC and LFT are improving, it's reassuring. Stay well-hydrated, eat nutritious meals, and rest. Consult if symptoms worsen or persist beyond 2–3 weeks.
Next Steps
you can consult online by taking an appointment on Practo.

It is common to experience lingering issues like low appetite, mild cough, fatigue, or morning headaches for a few weeks after dengue. This is usually part of post-dengue recovery
Next Steps
Since your CBC and LFT are improving and almost normal, focus on hydration, nutritious diet, and adequate rest. Mild exercise can be restarted gradually. If this continues or worries you, book a quick consult with me on Practo and I will review your reports in detail.
Health Tips
Take small frequent meals, include fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich foods. Avoid alcohol, excessive exertion, and unnecessary medicines till you regain full strength.
