Hi It does not look like allergy. Peanuts have high heat. So don't take too much, I think you should revert back to taking small amounts of peanut, not more than 25-30 g instead of peanut butter for few days. Include sprouts and lentils to increase protein intake. Drink 10 glasses of water to flush out toxins from your body and stay hydrated.

Usually a food allergen shows other symptoms like skin reactions or digestion issues to mention a few. You may notice these and maybe try to reduce the quantity of the peanut butter intake.
Next Steps
You can go for allergen test is it continues.
Health Tips
You may instead try including a banana and handful of roasted peanuts or few walnuts as pre-workout. Connect through Practo so I'll be able to give you better and accurate advise after understanding your complete health status.

Gud evening it should not be consumed more than 2tbsp in a whole days diet pls dont have it for sometime if tht issue persists, there might be some preservatives added which might be causing this issue after taking in excess so pls change the brand which u r using.

Reduce the intake amount like 1 spoon in a day. Because symptoms doesn't show you are allergic to it .Might be you are taking more than adequate.
Next Steps
Go for food allergy test.
