Hlo sir or mam im 6 feet tall guy previously im over weight I was 110 kg after running 12 km everyday zyming 2 times eating boil food and oats multigrain atta roti 2 I lost my weight Now I'm 73 kg according to u what is been a exctual weight for 6 feet tall guy . Everyday completing 19000 steps 12 km by running and walking 6 km... and plz tell me Any good evening biscuits which I can use it for not felling hunger after evening workout and which will not have any sugar and fat in biscuits Last 5 months not even single eaten any sugary item any sugars sweets and anything

Now U r on best level of weight. So just try it to maintain,  can tk health balance vit and minerals for healthy body.walk u can continue but no need 12km per day may be its near by 3- 4km. Instead of packed preservative foods can start intake of fruits such as orange papaya apples pear watermelon or cucumber carrots tomatoes,  or sprouts, roasted channa, soaked dry fruit...we hv lots of options..for better results please consult with nutritionist/dietician.
