Under weight loss, Weakness im Body
Hi, I was 80 kgs One year back and in last one year my weight have rediced to 61 now. I did Cardio and weight training and followed proper nutritional diet. From past 6 months my body started showing signs of weakness and fatigue. After my workout in the morning, I started feeling lethargic entire day and my work also started getting affected. I also felt light headed throughout the day and would feel signs of dizziness. My body had muscle pain and severe back pain entire day coma I faced lot of hair loss and had very dry skin. My positivity that was built during the initial 6 months of weight loss program went down and from the past 2 months my weight has become constant and is not also decreasing even after doing constant workout. I feel low lesson energy e therefore I got my full body check up done and I would like to share the report and consult over the same how I can enhance my body and program.
