Hi Basically I am skinny body type I am working out in gym from last month I have good upper body muscles but I have seen large fat in stomach I can't able to loss it ,since I am under medication for anxiety disorder for 3years continuously I have stress and medicine 💊 side effects and poor eating habits  makes my waist big now I am conscious about this pls guide me to transform..

Hi I need to know your eating habits Only exercise will not help you with that you need to take proper diet also Avoid eating out, drink enough water daily two to three litres of water Eat fruits seasonal Avoid maida and maida products, avoid excessive sugar oily food
