Bacteria seen urine test report
My urine routine report shows bacteria 84.7/HPF, cocci 78.1/HPF, and mucus 182.8/HPF. WBC is normal at 0.8/HPF, and the urine is slightly turbid. I do not have any urinary symptoms such as burning, pain, urgency, or frequent urination. Could these findings be due to sample contamination rather than a UTI? Should I do a urine culture or need any treatment?

The presence of bacteria and mucus in urine does not by itself confirm a UTI, particularly when you have no urinary symptoms and the WBC count is normal. Sample contamination is certainly possible.
However, the report should be interpreted along with the urine collection method, epithelial cells, nitrite/leukocyte esterase and clinical history. I would not recommend starting antibiotics based on these findings alone.

Since you seem to have done a good reaserch by yourself and you seem pretty sure that you don't have any symptoms there is no point in treating the report per se. A repeat urine routine examination can be done before going for a culture report. And meanwhile history regarding any discharge, itching, or odor is required to rule out perineal contamination as the cause of these findings, rather than a true urinary tract infection.

Repeat urine R/E M/E. Go for urine culture and sensitivity. Get dome with CBC.
If results same , start with antibiotics and get done ultrasound of kidney ureter and bladder.
