Am I depressed?
How will I know if Im depressed? Or just feeling depressed? Because ive been suffering from this for over a year Now, and I took some online test regarding depression, and based on the results I really am depressed, I regret things I do like every day, i easily get iritatted, i sleep alot, Eat only lunch cuz no appetite. Soo am I depressed or what?

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hi. The question here is not whether you are depressed or not; the real question is that you know some symptoms and they need to be treated. You can see a counselor in your school or go see a psychologist/counselor outside school. Talk to your parents about it and see what could be done next. Labeling yourself as someone having depression won't help you, right?

Online tests are not 100% reliable, especially mental health related quizzes. When I do testing, I don't reply 100% on it, there are other factors involved which these online tests don't take into consideration. So, don't look for a label but look for help for your symptoms. Good Luck !

There are many symptoms of depression some of them are listed below.. 1. Unable to get up in the morning 2. Sleep time at night more than 6 to 8 hours. 3. Irritability 4. Cannot stand other people want to stay alone. 5. Don't like tight or new clothing like only old and ragged clothing 6. Hate to go out of house. 7. feel lazy. 8. Zeal goes now. 9. Remain awake for long hours at night. 8. Several things run in mind can't focus If the answer to any 2 are correct Pl see a specialist
