Hi Vitamin D helps in the absorption and deposition of calcium in the bones. For vitamin D go for morning walk after sunrise regularly. Ragi, sesame, paneer, curds are good sources of calcium so include it in your daily diet. Include millets and green leafy vegetables in your meals.
