I am taking homeopathy medicine for Alopecia Areata treatment.
Doctor has said that there is a Chance of increased patches after starting medicine for initial 1 month and recovery starts after wards.

There’s no logic like that. Homeopathy never increases your patches with meds. It’s just that even during the course of treatment you may continue to get new patches but eventually that would stop and there’s a time when you don’t have any patches. The existing ones completely regrow too.
Also, from duration of cure point of aspect it’s integral to know the onset of the disease, how and when it started, how has it been progressing, which grade are you in, coexistence of any associated disease, your family history of diseases etc.
Homeopathy cures the disease in the most gentle way and makes you feel better overall.
