My vitamin b12 was 152. I took methylcobaline 500 mcg two tablets daily for 2 months and now vitamin b12 has increased to 329.
Do i need to stop taking it now? Or should i continue taking it and for how long per day dose?

Vitamin B12 329 pg is considered as lower limit of the normal range. So you have to continue 500 mcg of methylcobalamine for few months. Try consuming richVitamin B12 sources ( animal sourced food -meat , fish eggs and milk )
You can continue single dose for 1 month ,but simultaneously increase vitamin B12 source through food ,natural sources .As prolong use of supplements are not advised.
