Chronic sinusitis in Ayurveda is linked to Dushta Pratishyaya, caused by Kapha-Vata imbalance leading to congestion and inflammation. Your Vitamin B12 and iron deficiency may contribute to weak immunity, poor oxygenation, and delayed healing, making sinusitis persistent.
Root Treatment Approach
1. Ayurvedic Herbal Remedies
Sitopaladi Churna + Honey â Helps clear mucus and reduce inflammation.
Shadbindu Taila (Nasal Drops) â Clears sinuses and prevents recurrence.
Haridra Khanda â Reduces allergic reactions and strengthens immunity.
Trikatu Churna â Enhances digestion and reduces Kapha buildup.
2. Detox & Nasal Cleansing
Jala Neti (Salt Water Nasal Wash) â Clears nasal passages.
Gandusha (Oil Pulling with Sesame Oil) â Reduces inflammation.
3. Diet & Lifestyle
Avoid cold, dairy, and processed foods that increase mucus.
Consume warm soups, ginger tea, and turmeric milk.
Practice deep breathing (Pranayama) and steam inhalation with eucalyptus.
Since sinusitis is chronic in your case, a detailed Ayurvedic consultation is recommended to customize the treatment for permanent relief.
