Ashwagandha: Boosts strength/immunity, not specific for sinusitis. Naushadar: Dissolves Kapha, but can irritate if used wrongly. Arjun ki Chhal: Good for heart health, not for sinuses. Not an ideal combo for chronic sinusitis.
Next Steps
consult good ayurweda practitioner
Health Tips
Do gentle face steaming + Anu Taila Nasya every morning for 21 days consistently — it alone can bring major improvement! (Consistency is more important than quantity.)

For chronic sinusitis, Ashwagandha, Naushadar, and Arjun chhal are not typically the primary Ayurvedic choices. Ayurvedic treatments like Nasya, steam with specific herbs, and classical formulations work better. I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic doctor for proper guidance. Please consult for appropriate treatment.
