Your child seems to be prone to upper respiratory allergies and recurrent bronchitis, likely aggravated by Kapha-Vata imbalance and weak immunity. Ayurvedic management includes immune-boosting herbs, nasya therapy, and pediatric formulations like Sitopaladi churna, Anu tailam, and Swasanandam gulika, under proper guidance. Please consult in person for a tailored pediatric treatment plan.
