Cold and nasal congestion for 10 years
Hi doctor, I have cold issue for almost 10 years. I have tried allopathic and ayurvedic medicine but it comes back all the time. Can I Start smoking to get rid of this ?

:-You need a proper counseling. Smoking is not a good option of nasal congestion. Change your life style. :-Is there any increase  of mass in nose. :-Add yoga in your life. :-Putt cow desi ghee 3,4 drops in nose when you go outside. :-you can try neti therapy ( for this you consult with any panch karma centre near you). :- Do not eat lemon,rice,curd,maize roti.

Smoking will be the worst choice....initially it will dry up your mucous but later that dried mucous will disturb your physiology and may lead to TB or cancer or asthma or some other issues related to kidney and etc... It's better u take proper consultation here

Smoking is never a solution for nasal congestion you have to check your xray for nasal obstruction if any and can be treated accordingly

Smoking will only aggravate the problem. You can take panchakarma procedures like nasya after consulting an ayurveda physical to reduce the relapse duration and gradually get rid of it.
