Acidity and upper middle abdomen pain
Can frequent acidity and middle abdomen pain cause by stomach cancer? Or it causes stomach cancer? I read in google about this? And i am very panicking right now, can someone explain me?

When you read in Google please also read the age group which is more prone to a particular disease.
At the age of 22 years your chances of getting a cancer will not increase just because you have consulted Google.
You should grow to the age of 65 years to have a chance of getting cancer.
At your age hyperacidity is a common problem. You should read about the treatment of hyperacidity because hyperacidity needs a lot of lifestyle modifications in addition to medical treatment.
