Ache in centre of spine
Having pain on centre of my spine. I feel stiffness and ache most of the times. Feel extremely difficult to sit and focus on my work. My work(Banker) demands at least 9 hrs of sitting in the office. Is it okay if I continue going to office even after constant pain or do I have to go for any kind of check ups.
