Hello,
Your back pain is due to a disc pincing your nerve and thats why you getting pain.
Which position is most painful for you?
Avoid lot of bending activities because with bending the disc inbetween the bones try to come out and pinch your nerves which supply your legs also.
Next Steps
My suggestion for you is, if you are in intense pain just take a hot pack for pain relief, meet a physio for back exercises and live a healthy life.
Optimal weight is required and everyday 45mins walk is required.
Health Tips
Avoid bending, lifting heavy weights, sofa sitting beacause it causes again slouching of back, and most important break your postures every 30 to 40mins
