My bro slaps me on spine can it be fracture or cause some nerve damage any tips on this but some pain going on any helpful tips xray shows lumbar of lordosis

If it would have been fracture it would have been visible on xray if xray portrays loss of lumbar lordosis only then you can exclude fracture from your list. However nerve damage often accompanys altered sensation to the affected area. It can be due to muscle imbalances or muscle weakness.

Your spine is a very strong structure. If u feel u have critically injured your spine then u can visit a doctor and get an xray done.

Go for an Xray for the lumbar spine if the pajn is continuous for 2 days. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic with xray for proper assessment and treatment. Take Acemiz MR tab after dinner, apply hot pack twice a day, this will help reduce pain.

If pain is much,swelling,redness is present means go for X ray,with x ray pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic or orthopaedician for proper assessment and treatment Mean while to reduce the pain u can take some diclofenac content medication.
