Make your own green tea . Add sm tulsi leaves curry leaves put sm grated ginger in it boil n drink . It’s safe fr you n baby . Ajwain water is good too . Chat directly for proper guidance and help

Hi How many cups do you drink in a day ? If it is 1-2 cups in a day , it is ok . As tea contain caffeine in it excessive drinking of any type of tea , coffee can trouble sleeping of your baby .
