I am breast feeding mother 10month baby my current weight is 86kg I want to loss weight give me a some tips to reduce weight I am started walking still weight is not decreasing let me know what to do.

I need your more details like food habit, diet pattern, likes dislikes of good, food allergies if any, other health issues if have any. Current Lifestyle , physical activities in a day and all as such information. ..
