There are two options
One is professional in clinic whitening
Other is home whitening where u have to take prescription and product from dentist for teeth whitening. Commercially there are no products available for teeth whitening like those available in the dental clinic suggest u to consult dental clinic.

Teeth whitening is a process at least when done the first time , should be done in office under the supervision of and by a professional. After which customised trays and an in home kit can be provided for you to use by yourself. As for the mouth spray if you are someone with bad breadth , a mouthwash is better a preference. Also the causative agent for your bad breadth needs to be identified and treated.
