You can use sensodyne paste but on a regular basis try avoiding it. The earliest sign of any dental problem is sensitivity. It will mask the symptom and allow the problem to progress silently. If there is continuous sensitivity, please check with your dentist to identify the problem and find a solution to rectify it so that you don’t have use sensodyne on a everyday basis.
