Don't use sensitivity toothpaste for longer duration. Use it for few days then use regular one. If you still feel senstivity in your tooth then you must visit some doctor.

Hello, you should not use sensodyne toothpaste continuously for long time, if you have complaint of sensitivity of teeth then only use sensodyne, that too only for few days, then get back to your normal toothpaste like colgate or any other brand. You can use any type of colgate toothpaste for regular use for long time.
Not use any sensitivity paste for long time, especially at your age.
Use sensitivity paste till symptoms finish.
After then use any regular paste, but not sensitivity paste.
