Hii doctor am tydriod pcod patient If we eat protein rich food means what is happend Weight loss or weight gain Can u please tell me i eat daily sprouts but am not looseing weight i did exercise too can pls suggest any diet and eating spinach also harmful to me

Hi, Your ideal body weight range should be 58-63 kg, as per your height, and your present body weight is also fine as per your given information. Protein helps to develop muscle mass and maintain other vital function, it will not not cause weight gain. To reduce body weight you should follow a fibre rich diet, which contain good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. Sprout is good as contains soluble fibre, vitamins but along these you need to do different kinds exercise atleast for 30 minutes.
