My mind is always stay confuse,like it is blocked I couldnt remember anything well enough as I used to do.nothing I find great to do in my life,nothing can make me happy.why it is happening to me.

I would first recommend to get your blood tests done to rule out any physiological imbalance or disorder that maybe even you are unaware of. The reason can be many starting with stress then could be any trauma or something that brought about a major change in life, it could also be some kind of prolonged grief or could a psychological disorder. It could be even the fact you are no more interested in the kind of work you do maybe its not stimulating enough now.

its seem lik there is some stress u r going through Due to which r are not able to concentrate and Remember stuff ,forgeting things There many thoughts in ur mind due to which lacking in interest towards life.
