Unable to control my mind
After graduation, i have decided to opted for a professional course (though i have taken this decision after a gap of one year). My life has been very much difficult after i have completed my graduation, i was continuing job with study, but i was not able to give time for study as i was under a lot of work schedules and money, in a meanwhile i started distracting from studies to earning money. In that time gap i started ignoring studies, being lazy and think to start to study in a favourable time. Due laziness, procasination and lack of control on mind, i have wasted my precious  4.5 year only doing job with least money, which i hate to do now. I want to start the studies again, i am trying my best to connect with the course studies. But i am unable to sit and concentrate for studies because again my mind starts to move from one thing to another. I want to study harder but i am failing. Please help me, how i can overcome this issue.

It sounds like you're dealing with a combination of challenges, including procrastination, lack of focus, and difficulty getting back into a study routine after a period of distraction. Overcoming these issues requires a combination of strategies and a commitment to making positive changes in your habits and mindset. Here are some steps to help you get back on track: Set Clear Goals: Define your goals for the professional course. Having a clear sense of what you want to achieve can provide motivation and direction for your studies. Break Down Tasks: Divide your study material into smaller, manageable tasks. This makes the workload seem less overwhelming and helps you build a sense of accomplishment as you complete each task. Create a Schedule: Establish a study schedule that includes specific times for studying each day. Consistency can help build a routine and make studying a habit. Eliminate Distractions: Identify and minimize distractions in your study environment. Put away your phone, turn off notifications, and create a clutter-free workspace.
Next Steps
If you find that your difficulty concentrating is persistent and significantly affecting your ability to study or function, consider seeking guidance from a counselor or therapist. Remember that building new habits takes time and patience. The most important thing is to keep trying and making consistent efforts to improve your study habits. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small, and keep moving forward.

Hello, Quite a few things are consuming your mental health. Firstly, you can just deal with one part at a time. You are more than just your job, salary or the courses you choose. Success is going from one failure to another without losing enthusiasm. You will be able to concentrate if you allow the past to be in the past and leave the future anxiety to the future. Live in the present moment, focus on the best you can do. Do not let the baggage weigh in you. Begin today and write a new story. You have always actively done things you thought were correct at that time and surely  have contributed to your growth in some way even though you may not be able to see it in that manner. Keep your patience and persistence going. You can connect for further professional guidance. Happy Healthy Living!

Hi Thanks for reaching out. You want to identify a career that you are interested in. You want to be good at your work and feel calm. You are an ambitious and hardworking person; you just have to identify your area of interest. Consult a psychologist and explain about your career and the course you want to pursue. With a psychologist you can provide a description of your education and career. Based on your goals and ambition a psychologist will help you identify what will suit you. A psychologist will also guide you on how you can improve focus and feel calm. You want to start studies again, and you want to focus on it without getting distracted. You have been doing well in the past and you are able to multitask which is a good skill to have.
