Hello! Avoid all kinds of processed foods for 6 weeks. Eat your dinner early. Have egg whites,oats ,salad,and fruits(papaya,guava etc) Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hi, Both cholesterol & sugar levels are on the elevated side. Need to cut down on high salt, high sugar and high fat items. Limit all processed preserved packaged outside food. Have balanced meals comprising all nutrients. Maintain a fix routine of physical activity for atleast an hour. Keep water intake high.
