About chest pain
I had so much heaviness and pain in the middle of my chest since two weeks bec I am emotionaly disturb and control to cry ..but this pain disturb my regular life ..how to relieve this pain and heaviness?

Hai how are u I hope you are doing great just now I saw your words I would like to suggest to meet a general physician may be you will get a relief. Don't be feel lonely everything will be fine . This kind of heaviness and pain could be symptoms of hyperacidity or acidity reflux / GERD. It is well-known that emotional disturbances too can manifest as such symptoms. With this I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist doctor and get the chest symptoms managed. Please consult a psychologist once those symptoms get controlled, and work out strategies to manage your emotional issues.
