Dear Practo User It seems that you might be anxious during social situations. It is recommended to first to calm ourselves because not everyone feel comfortable in social situations. There could be possibility that you might be comfortable some other situation and would perform much better then any other Individual. We all are different and have our own strengths and limitations. Hence it is advisable that you need to identify your own strengths rather just focussing on your limitations. Once you identify your strengths, you might start developing your skills in that direction. For example, you might do Great in areas which require limit interaction with other people rather you need to work individually. Side by side you may work on your limitations starting with taking baby steps maybe interacting with your Hobby group virtually within smaller groups. Once you get comfortable then you may try physically interacting in smaller groups. You may also try role playing how to interact or initiate a conversation with group of People at your home while Standing in front of Mirror or may be with any family member.
Next Steps
if things still persists, you may take Consultation with a psychologist
