Doctor,recently I've changed my diet after my blood
sugar is quite high and after 1 month my sleep routine suddenly changed and also my feel of tiredness or fatigue,previously my meal are large quantity of rice and sweetened drinks now I drink a lot of plain water plus small amount of rice ,lots of soy products and some fruits,the problem is that now I can't sleep more than 5 hours and when I work I know that I spent quite a lot of energy but I don't feel tired I used to, am I in danger?
