Healthy Life styles, diet changes to opt
I've been facing acne and oiliness on my face since June. I am going to take medication soon, but I realised I'm not maintaining a proper diet and hygiene because of my early working hours. I am unable to do any chores and becoming lethargic. I want to be energetic, but the time constraints are ruining my lifestyle. What can I do in this situation. No one is there to help me at home. They're busy, so I'll only have to do anything for myself. Please suggest some good lifestyle practices and diet to control my laziness and acne as well. Please clearly tell what type of foods would treat my acne quicker and what I should be avoiding.

You need to take 3 main and 3 small meals or snacks like sprouts fresh fruits or coconut water or salad or roasted grains with proper hydration. Yes regarding diet eat plenty of vegetables raw,cooked,steamed,stewed.,fruits and greengram sprouts raw or steamrd in all ur meals. Try substituting millets for rice and wheat. Practice exercises,walking yoga for two hrs as a routine. Drink enough water. Sleep liesurely for 6-7 hrs at night. Drink low fat milk,buttermilk,freshfruitjuice,vegetable soup in place of preserved beverages,cofee tea.. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preservedfoods,oilysoicyfoods,nonveg. Eat ur food in time.

What I would like you to understand is the skin issues,the related latharginess &the outcome which is lack of physical activity is mainly due to deficiencies in your diet,in order to correct this please share details of your current  food consumption pattern and any allergies etc

Include good balanced diet at every meal with 5 to 7 serves of vegetables, 2 to 3 serves of fruits with sufficient protein coming from whole pulses,sprouts,lentils, and complex carbohydrates from variety of whole cereals and sufficient fluid in your diet to give right Hydration
