Healthy diet

Dear doctor I often have giddiness and I suspect this is due to less haemoglobin content. And I will not sleep properly. Can you please suggest me proper diet and healthy habits. Thanks

hey, if your hemoglobin level is less than 11 consult physician and take iron tablets, 30 mg of iron goes in Menstruation , have green leafy vegetables, dry fruit, dates, exercise daily in morning , avoid stress and strain , don't worry too much, do  meditation before going to bed
