Hi I am 8 weeks 1 day pregnant , while walking down the step , leg slipped lightly and got hip pain , didn't fall down , only lower back pain , please suggest what to do ? Hope nothing happens . Had a scan yesterday growth and all are fine

I suggest you don't take any medicine. Just apply any gel which contains diclofenac ( Omnigel/ Volini). That should sort out immediate problem After you are asymptotic, get a Sonography done

Hi U cn take paracetamol fr pain relief, hot fomentation,  local gels fr application . If there is no.bledding PV or pain lower abdomen u shud be fine,  dnt worry

get a scan and then painkiller  like tab PCM 500 mg sos for pain
