Need to know more information...why doctor prescribed dydrogest. Otherwise cramps and slight abdominal pain are common in early pregnancy due to stretching of uterus to give space to embryo to grow.
Next Steps
Bed rest in case of early pregnancy/precious pregnancy, visit your doctor or take an online consultation.

The cramp is not because of this medicine It is because of the growing pregnancy and the stretching of the uterus This is prescribed in patients who hv  conceived after treatment Im patients who have a history of abortions or bleeding in the current pregnancy
