Mention your LMP and G sac diameter as well. And is that abdominal scan or TVS scan. What so ever at 5 weeks only G sac or G sac with small fetal pole can be seen. Incase if you have any bad obstetric history or high risk factors can take progesterone support for 10-14 more days and get USG done.
