Travelling is save between 16 to 28 weeks given there is no other medical condition In case the travel is unavoidable ,travelling by train is always considered safer and better

As long as wife has no pain or spotting it should be fine but try to avoid long drives at a stretch and take breaks and walk around a bit and plenty of water do consult your treating doctor too for a clearance

Early pregnancy travel by car is usually fine for most women, but a 7 hour journey needs regular breaks, hydration, and comfortable seating.
Next Steps
Plan stops every couple of hours to stretch and use the washroom, and carry your prenatal reports in case you need care en route.
Health Tips
If you have any bleeding, cramping, or dizziness before or during the trip, please postpone and consult your doctor first.
