Dear Ma'am, Weakness and low body weight can be due to inadequate calorie and protein intake, nutritional deficiencies, or an underlying medical condition. To gain weight in a healthy manner, focus on eating frequent, balanced meals rich in high-quality protein (milk, curd, paneer, eggs, pulses, soy), healthy fats (nuts, seeds, peanut butter), and complex carbohydrates (rice, roti, oats, potatoes). For a personalized diet plan based on your height, lifestyle, food preferences, and health goals, feel free to contact me. I would be happy to help you achieve healthy and sustainable weight gain.
Next Steps
Include 2–3 nutritious snacks daily, stay well hydrated, and combine your diet with light strength exercises to support healthy weight gain. If your weakness persists, I also recommend getting basic blood tests done to rule out deficiencies such as iron, vitamin B12, and vitamin D.

Based on your weight of 40 kg, your goal of reaching 43–45 kg is achievable with a gradual, healthy approach. Before suggesting a diet, it would be helpful to know your height, age, medical conditions, appetite, and activity level, as these affect your calorie and protein needs. ☆ In general, here are some recommendations: ●Eat 3 main meals and 2–3 healthy snacks every day instead of skipping meals. ●Include a good source of protein at each meal, such as milk, curd, paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, soy, dal, or legumes. ●Choose energy-dense healthy foods like nuts, seeds, peanut butter, dates, raisins, avocado, and healthy oils to increase calories without eating very large portions. ●Include complex carbohydrates such as rice, whole wheat roti, oats, millets, potatoes, or sweet potatoes. ●Have a high-protein evening snack like a banana with peanut butter, fruit with yogurt, or a homemade smoothie made with milk, oats, nuts, and dates. ●Stay well hydrated and aim for 7–9 hours of sleep, as both are important for healthy weight gain.
