I feel so irritate every time ..even I try so hard but no result come from last 5years ..my hand and legs are completely very thin ..my height 5'8 plz do something ..

According to your height your ideal weight should be 67 kgs.take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Avoid outside food.
