Yes.. you can. And also take probiotic like curd in your diet. There are some helpful tips to reduce your piles. Eat soft cooked food. Drink plenty of water. Take High fibre food like vegetables in cooked form. Eat fruits with skin. Buttermilk, coconut water add your diet. Take tub bath therapy as per your doctor advised.
