Hi is there any particular reason to have corn only for soup? ..you can have so many other  vegetables which are season and good for soup. Eg. Mushrooms,  tomato, carrots pumpkin, mixed vegetables etc. You can use frozen corn sometimes.  But try to eat the  vegetables in season which are fresh.. Corn is ok once in a while.

Go by season if possible. If corn is not something thats available easily make other locally available options. There is no problem taking frozen corn as long as they are frozen in peak quality and stored well.

Hi Yes you can have frozen corn..but occassionally...as fresh corn is more nutritious than frozen corn... if you want to have frozen corn...take the corn out of refridgerator 2 hours prior to eating...and once it comes to room temperature..then it's ready for eating..in your desired form..for example soups etc.. Better to have foods that are as fresh as possible...instead of frozen stuff... Say tor example frozen peas, frozen corn..etc.. And have sometimes not daily... Thankyou
Next Steps
As you say you don't get fresh corn...you can have frozen corn as mentioned above..to get the maximum benefit out of them..
Health Tips
change the variety of foods often...and try to have rainbow coloured fruits and vegetables which are nutritionally very dense..and quite beneficial for health..
