For piles, basically  you v to follow  soft ( boiled) & bland(almost nil spices). diet with almost 2 tbsp =20 ml oil or may be littile more with any omega rich cooking oil. Avoid packet spices.. no stress. Soluble fibre is helpful.  Take notice  no hard stools rather daily  normally  clearance of bowels. More liquid, hydration also important.
