Serene Life Hospital is Tamil Nadu’s leading residential and non- residential treatment facility for Psychiatric Management of Addictions like alcoholism, drug abuse, gambling and other mental illnesses. As addiction and mental illness are rapidly increasing in our Society, we were motivated by the professionals to have an Institution that serves the Community with Commitment, Dedication, Personalized Care and Compassion with Highest Standards of Health Care. Hence we started our Operations in 2012 on a Gracious Cause to Serve. We have treated more than 1302 addiction patients and 596 psychiatric patients. Most of the patients are still in regular follow up and living a successful life. (Till June 2016) Serene Life Hospital has earned an excellent reputation for its commitment towards safe, confidential and effective treatment. Clients and their families from all over India come here for treatment.1 in 5 adults experience a distressing mental health condition every year. 1 in 20 adults live with a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Alcohol & other drugs abuse can cause long-term physical and mental illnesses. Family, friends and communities are also affected. Many patients may end up getting legally punished by the law due to their aggressive and abusive behaviors.Substance abuse is also considered as a psychiatric illness.
