High wait time of more than 1 hour. Practo appointment was given no priority at all. Saw many patients cutting queue. When I checked with the staff, they informed me that some of the patients just wanted to go inside to show report. But everyone was taking lot of time. My kid who was down with viral fever had to bear all the pain. Hospital is also charging Rs.400/- instead of Rs.300/-. Though I raised this issue, billing staff was adamant. Doctor was still good and looked friendly.
