Visited Dr. Dhanarajan P (Orthopedic surgeon) For Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionValue for money
I recently had an experience at PDR Orthopedic Hospital and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I completed all necessary formalities and even paid in cash. However, after the initial consultation, I was referred for a blood test, which wasn't available on-site. This meant an additional trip to another lab, which took a week due to ongoing physiotherapy as advised by the doctor******* **** ******* ****** **** * ******** ** **** *** **** ******** I was surprised to be asked for a review fee. **** ***** ****** *** **** *** ***** **** *** ******** ** **** * ******** **** * *************After all my purpose of visiting this hospital did not work at all and went on a toss. The same pain that I had before. At least they could have asked after consultation. Frustrating. I believe in honest and transparent feedback, and I hope that PDR ORTHO HOSPITAL considers improving these aspects of their service for the benefit of all patients.\

Really a great doctor. But the staff are slow. He examined me very simply by shaking the big finger of toe. I was shocked. Actually i suffered by knee pain. Its a small issue of a nerve which stucks in vertable column. Then he given me some Physiotheraphy and some Exercises, I continued for two month then I started running. And playing cricket at the age of 41. Now iam going tomorrow to Consult Doctor for another issue in ankle. I hope he will sortout easily and make to play cricket now. I consulted in 2019, and after that iam consulting tomorrow.

Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionWait time
We waited for Dr Dhanraj for a long time after which we were called and asked to pay Rs 500 for consultation which was a reasonable amount .He went on to check the leg and gave suggestions as to take an MRI scan and X-ray .The diagnosis was professional. But when I asked him as to WHY an MRI SCAN or XRay was necessary he told me to 'GET LOST' .
Is this how an experienced doctor treats his patient or gives an EXPLANATION?
The nurse went on to say that "this patient is asking too many questions .Take him outside. "
Felt completely humiliated and hurt after this .
