Today morning ie16.12.19 when I was walking from Annanagar towards Thirumangalam I saw a huge pipe placed on the platform by the civic authorities with any care for pedestrians before turning to Thirumangalam on the left side.As there was no place to move freely I went to the left side to go where there was little gap.When I took about ten steps I slipped because of slippery ground and to fall down I extended my left hand to hold.There was iron fencing and my left hand little finger got deeply cut and also bruises happens inthe right hand.As the blood from little finger was flowing I came to your hospital which was nearby.Immediate attention was given by reception and sent to the dressing room.There two nurses attended ,cleaned little and waited for doctor to come.He came within ten minutes and after examining he instructed the nurses to give TT injection which they did.Then doctor came and explained that as the wound was deep two stitches have to be done and wound and surrounding areas to be cleaned thoroughly.He did this in a very professional manner without much pain.After the procedure he has prescribed some medicines for three days and informed to meet the doctor at Tnagar as I am staying there for removal of stitches..Everything was done within 90 minutes and they took card payment at reception.Now i am feeling better and the pain in the little finger is there but reduced a lot.When I continue with the medicines I may be better.I want to thank Dr.Karthik who took care of me immediately and also making me very comfortable,explaining everything in simple language and also the nurses reception lady who attended.Overall a satisfying experience.Keep up the good work.Thanks

We travelled to USA and came here for vacation still whenever Dhanvika has any complains small or big, I call Dr.Reka, she will direct in wright direction.. Patiently listened my concerns and he questioned in depth to obtain required information for diagnosis, very friendly, Doctor explained througly about diagnosis, but wait time took more than 2 hours.

Overall I found Doctor is most believable and trustworthy. My sincere thanks to him.

When I went with tail bone pain doctor suggested blood test and revealed about vitamin D deficiency.He also explained about the lack of strength in bones and prescribed medicines alongwith a wonderful advice that I need to stand in sunlight through which we get vitamin D...

Consultation prescription of Medicine is very good.

Waiting period may be reduced by fixing the appointment for every 15 minutes for each patient

and requesting them to be there 30 minutes. If they are not reporting the next person may be given a chance. My humble suggestion is the waiting period should be reduced in future. Gunavathi Raju

However, waiting period is long...

Since most of the patients have ortho related issues and hence many of them can't wait or sit for long.

So, little focus on time management and reducing waiting period will be higly appreciated.
